Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the 14-day period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than our standard least expensive option), within fourteen days from the day we receive your notification. We will use the same means of payment used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return. You must return the goods within fourteen days of notifying us. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

Custom Commissions: Goods that are clearly personalized or created specifically to your individual specifications (e.g., individual portrait commissions or custom sizes not listed in the standard shop selection).
